This is a mailing address, not a counseling office.  Dovetail counseling services are provided in private offices throughout the United States.  The location of the local office is provided to clients when they schedule an appointment with a counselor.

Our toll free number is always answered by a human being and a counselor is always on call 24 hours a day to return your call.

Our regular office hours on weekdays are:
6:30 AM - 3:30 PM   Pacific Time
7:30 AM - 4:30 PM   Mountain Time
8:30 AM - 5:30 PM   Central Time
9:30 AM - 6:30 PM   Eastern Time

If you are calling for EAP services, you may call any time 24 hours a day and ask for the counselor on call to return your call. If you are calling for managed care of outpatient services, please call during office hours.
Please be aware that caller ID and privacy manager services can interfere with our ability to schedule appointments and return calls. More about that here.
