Supervisor Training. All Dovetail EAP client organizations receive a two hour EAP Supervisor Training upon initiation of the benefit and annually upon request for no additional fee. The workshop focuses on Dovetail's skills consulting management, how to use the EAP to help manage difficult employees, supervisor risk management, progressive discipline, management teamwork, and motivating employees to be reliable and productive. Employee and Management Training. All Dovetail EAP client organizations receive up to three hours of employee and management training per program year for no additional fee. Additional training is available to client organizations at a discounted fee. You may view an incomplete list of available workshops by clicking here. The list is incomplete because we are continually writing and customizing new training programs to meet the specific needs of employers. Dovetail's goal in every workshop to present material that is useful, relevant, and motivational. No tedious slide show and monotone delivery. That's why Dovetail has provided training to government, for-profit, not-for-profit, the Ivy League, and Fortune 500 employers. Employee Wellness Education. Dovetail also has over thirty Employee Wellness Education presentations. Wellness Ed is an informal, typically 30 minute presentation on a wellness topic that may be presented during lunchtime, at a benefits fair, or at change of shift. Dovetail EAP client organizations receive up to six wellness education presentations per year upon request.
