Dovetail has a comprehensive CDL Employer DOT Compliance Package that includes employee and supervisor training, employer forms, resource documentation, and policy consulting. This program has been tested: a CDL employer was audited by the Illinois Department of Transportation in 2003 and all elements of Dovetail's package were found to be in compliance with federal regulations. Dovetail staff also have experience providing employee assistance and training for law enforcement and first responders. Meeting the unique needs of the people who perform these demanding jobs requires both a familiarity with the work they do and special expertise. References are available. * In-person assessments with qualified employee assistance and mental health professionals result in early problem identification, intervention, and referral to most appropriate provider based on intensity of services required.
* In programs offering EAP with Short-term Counseling, 60 - 75% of clients accessing Dovetail services receive all needed services within the program and do not use medical benefits.
* Resulting claims savings more than exceed fixed Dovetail fees.
